We appreciate your customer loyalty and will make sure we do whatever we can to make your experience a great one. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, the item(s) can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund (excluding restocking and shipping costs*). Please ensure your product is in unused condition with the original packaging still intact. If the returned item looks used, your request for a refund or store credit will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you. Please note, the return must be dropped off at the carrier within the 30-day period in order to be refunded.
Please note that Lifetime products, such as Lifetime Tees and Lifetime Lounge Access, are inelegible for a refund.
How to Request a Return
To start a return for any Terra Golf product, please contact us We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or without using the return label provided by us will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will submit your refund within 14 days of receiving your return, subject to the return policy requirements. You will then receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be made to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after we submit it.
Return Shipping
For any Terra Golf product, shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error. A return label will be purchased for you and the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount. Please use the packaging that your package arrived in, or a box of the same size if necessary, or you may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
